Hartlepool & Stockton Health are pleased to be able to advertise a vacancy on behalf of Gladstone House Surgery for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner:

Salary : 46K-52K

We are looking to employ an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work 30 -32 hours per week spread over 4days at our practice.

• We are a well-established and organised team consisting of 4 GPs, 1 Nurse Practitioner, 2 Practice Nurses, 2 Health Care Assistants and a Practice Pharmacist. The clinical team are well supported by our admin team.
• You will undertake clinical nursing practice at an advanced level using expert knowledge and clinical skills to deliver holistic care to people accessing primary care services.
• You will have excellent organisational skills, be a good communicator and demonstrate a caring, compassionate and professional approach to patients and staff.
• You will be expected to do home visits.
• You will be expected to work to15 minute consultation with dedicated admin time.
• The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with excellent clinical skills and appropriate qualifications
• We will provide one to one on the job training with real time review of patients as needed.
