How the scheme works

This is a two year programme, and you will be assigned to one area (service line) for the duration of the scheme. However, dependent on the role and area you work in, you’ll be working with multiple teams and will gain exposure to many different parts of our business. As part of the scheme we offer all graduates:

What we’re looking for

We operate in the commissioning support sector which is a developing and challenging environment. In the commercial landscape in which we find ourselves, our clients don’t have to use us. Instead they choose to use us, because we deliver quality and value and because we help them to make a difference. With this in mind, we’re looking for ambitious and driven graduates who are keen to take the initiative and get things done in a resourceful, efficient and customer focussed manner.

You’ll be a recent graduate, or soon to graduate with a minimum of 2:2 grade. We welcome applications from all disciplines, irrespective of place of education.

Child Health Information Services, Clinical Services, Customer Development and Marketing, Finance, Governance Services, Strategy and Transformation, HR and Organisational Development. Further details about each service line and roles are available in the job description document attached.

Where will you work?

We are primarily based across the south of England, and have a flexible office base in over 30 locations, including Bristol, Oxford, Reading, Swindon, and more. We are developing an agile, flexible and productive working approach, to allow us to work effectively, whilst also having some work-life balance.

This means you may be able to work from your chosen base location, customer sites, and from home, although this is dependent on your role, and projects you will be supporting.
