Community Nursery Nurses Band 4 Children and Family Health Surrey (CFHS)

Do you want to be part of a skilled, passionate and dedicated team who have the privilege of supporting children and their families in a variety of community clinical settings?

If so, we would like to hear from you as an exciting opportunity as arisen for experienced Community Nursery Nurses to join us on a permanent basis and work within the 0-19 health visiting and school nursing integrated teams.

You will have the opportunity to work with experienced, talented and motivated team of Health Visitors and School Nurses working across various geographical locations within Surrey.

You will have an excellent knowledge of child development and experience in delivering aspects of the Healthy Child Programme as well as working with children in a variety of settings. Whilst making a valuable contribute to the assessment and monitoring of child development, offer family support and advice on parenting and child care and facilitate health promotion sessions.

You will have good communication skills, be a team player and be organised to effectively work in partnership with health colleagues and other agencies.

We are committed to developing and supporting members of the team and value individual contributions from all team member and we will provide a comprehensive induction programme and a robust supervision model. Internal and external training opportunities exist in line with the requirements of the post.

Full time and part time posts available in Elmbridge ( Molesey Clinic ) Epsom ( Epsom Clinic ) and Mole Valley ( Leatherhead Clinic )
