MSK Administrators undertake a multifunctional role combining a wide range of administration duties of which include EPR SystmOne patient database, E-referrals and ongoing communication with patients,
E- Referral worklist management
Daily management and action of work lists
Liaise with clinicians regarding any concerns/queries around e-Referrals
Reject or accept referrals on e-Referrals with clinical guidance and outcome appropriately
Ensure all e-Referral administration processes are carried out as per SOPS
Data Management
Facilitate effective SystmOne diary management for the clinician's rotas, to ensure all available clinical slots are filled
Ensure data is accurately recorded and inputted correctly to support delivery of service reports
Daily action of tasks group / individual member
Additional Admin Duties
Manage clinic reception ( Where applicable)
Actively work towards developing and maintaining effective working relationships all key stakeholders both within and outside the Trust
Present a professional image, both in person and on the telephone at all times to ensure that attitudes and behaviours meet realistic expectations.
Assist in maintaining a healthy, safe and secure working environment within your workplace. This will involve playing an active role in ensuring the MSK continuity/contingency plans are put into effect when the need arises.

The ideal candidate will have English & Maths to GCSE level A to C or equivalent qualification.
Level 2 IT skills i.e. RSA or equivalent experience
Experience of working in a busy office environment and knowledge of Office systems and procedures
Excellent communication skills;
Able to work under pressure, dealing with peaks and troughs in workload.
Positive attitude to dealing with change; flexible and adaptable, willing to change and accept change and to explore new ways of doing things and approaches
