An opportunity has arisen within South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust for a Learning and Development Technologist.

The Technologist will be responsible for assisting the TEL Lead in the development and promotion of Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) initiatives within the Trust. The Technologists main focus will be content creation for Trust Education offerings within ESR. They will also be responsible for the configuration and deployment of the ESR Learning Management System.

Additional responsibilities will include assisting users in accessing ESR, troubleshooting queries and the development of materials to support users in accessing the full functionality of ESR. The successful candidate will be required to assist the TEL Lead in Trust wide training events such as webinars and virtual classroom offerings.
