£38,890 - £44,503 per annum

We’re looking for 3 Digital Change Facilitators to work on projects promoting the use of digital technology for health and care in Care Homes. You will work with a Digital Project Manager and a Care Homes Specialist in a team delivering a range of digital initiatives to around 400 Care Homes across Norfolk and Waveney.

Are you adaptable and forward thinking? Do you embrace new ways of working? Have you experience in working in Care Homes or within Primary Care? Are you confident in using technology yourself? If so, we’d like to hear from you.

You’ll be a Digital change champion and will be instrumental in establishing a new culture of positive change through technology, providing support, training, digital expertise, enthusiasm and solutions You’ll have experience in supporting digital projects and change management within the Health and Care sector, and a passion for using technology. You’ll be organized and enthusiastic, able to motivate others, and have great communication skills.

You should be comfortable talking to clinicians, staff and patients, and able to target communications appropriately.

You will work closely with a Project Manager and in a supportive, dynamic digital team.

This is a fixed term post for 1 year. Secondments will be considered. Please note that this post will be home based for now.

Our main offices are based at Lakeside 400, Broadland Business Park, Thorpe St Andrew, Norwich, however we have a local office for the East of the region based in Beccles and another in the West of the region based in King’s Lynn, therefore travel across the Norfolk and Waveney footprint as well as out of county is required according to where the providers are situated.
