We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals with appropriate clinical proficiency and experience to join the developing team of practitioners within City Health Care Partnership Community Interest Company (CHCP CIC) Primary Care and Urgent Care services.

CHCP CIC is committed to providing enhanced and quality healthcare care service. The post holder will work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide services to meet the Primary Care and Urgent Care needs of those people residing in the Hull and East Riding area.

Applicants must have a nurse or paramedic registration.

This post is a development role. The initial role is at band 5 for an experienced nurse/paramedic who has suitable clinical knowledge. The post holder will be required to undertake telephone triage of patients of all ages; and develop with clinical supervision to see patients presenting with minor illnesses or injuries.

The post holder will be required to complete university minor illness and injury qualifications alongside completing in-house competencies; which once successfully completed, the role progresses to a band 6 position.

The post holder will initiate clinical assessment including history-taking, clinical examination, diagnosis, treatment and referral; using a range of advanced skills and knowledge for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standard of clinical care is provided for patients across CHCP CIC.

Clinical practice shifts are flexible and include daytimes, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
