An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Nursing Associate to join the team in our CQC outstanding Outpatients Department
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a flexible approach to work who possess excellent interpersonal and organization skills, to work alongside our dedicated Teams.
The role of the Nursing Associate is to work with the Registered Nurse and other members of the multi-professional team, providing and monitoring high quality care and contributing to the ongoing assessment, as agreed with supervising clinicians and in line with the service pathways.
They will monitor the condition and health needs of people within their care on a continual basis in partnership with the multi-professional team.
An enhanced DBS certificate with the checking of the Children’s and Adults’ Barred Lists is required for this post.
