As a Support Worker, you will be passionate about helping to improve the wellbeing of older people living with dementia and other complex mental health needs.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with good communication and interpersonal skills, plus a genuine desire to work with this client group. The ability to work effectively within a team in order to support our service users to achieve their own recovery goals is essential. Ideally you will have previous experience of working with individuals with complex mental health needs, though this is not essential.
We provide two kinds of services for older people: caring for those with dementia, and supportive rehabilitation for those who have other complex mental health problems. Our main focus is getting to know our service user as well as we can, so that we can meet their needs in ways that improve wellbeing. Our buildings are well-equipped to meet the healthcare needs of the people we care for, however we work hard to keep things as homely and relaxed as possible. More information about our Older People Services can be found by visiting the "Mental Health Concern" website.

Our staff are key in delivering this mission, and are committed to the organisations core values which are at the heart of everything we do.
