Registered Nurses - Emergency Decisions Unit, Emergency Department

There has never been a more exciting moment to join us. Right now we have equipped ourselves for the future with a new £48m Emergency Floor, which opened in June 2018, which incorporated a new 16 bed Emergency Decisions Unit.

The Emergency Decisions Unit is recruiting Band 5 Registered Nurses. This dynamic unit will be co-located next to the Emergency department and accommodates a wide variety of patients on various pathways. This includes post trauma, anaphylaxis, asthma, mental health, head injury, NSTEMI rule out and MDT pathway. No two days are the same and if you are looking for a fast paced environment with a high turnover of patients this is the role for you.

You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a challenging but rewarding environment. The post involves full time/part time working hours, to include nights and weekends. We are particularly looking to enhance our team of nurses on night shifts and would welcome permanent night workers (with conditions applied).
