Part Time Medical Secretary/Administrator

Staunton Surgery are looking for a part time Medical SecretaryAdministrator to join our busy, friendly surgery admin team.

We are looking for someone with excellent keyboard and interpersonal communication skills to work in our busy admin office. The hours will be 21 per week worked over three days (Monday, Wednesday & Friday). The right candidate must be flexible, have high attention to detail and able to work under pressure on their own initiative and as part of a team.

You will need to have highly accurate typing and keyboard skills, and follow both written and oral instructions accurately.

Experience in Windows Microsoft Office is essential as is an ability to prioritise work, problem solve and exercise discretion.

Knowledge of medical terminology ,experience of EMIS web, and working in a healthcare administration team setting would be advantageous.

NHS pension scheme is available, 5 weeks annual leave entitlement and surgery sick scheme included.Staunton Surgery is an Equal Opportunities Employer
