Thames Medical District Nurses are looking for a self motivated community phlebotomist to join our extremely friendly team. You will be required to visit patients in their own homes to work as part of the team in the delivery of care within agreed guidelines. You will be able to treat all patients as individuals whilst respecting their privacy and dignity. You will assist in the promotion of health and well being of the patients by supporting, informing and educating them as approriate. You will have excellent communitcation and maintain accurate and clear records via our electronic record system.You will be part of wider team and commincate relevant issues to senior team, You will be required to work unsupervised therefore being able to make appropriate decisions and escalate where necessary.

Full induction will be given and you will recieve supervision from the District Nurse case holders. Further training and development is available.
