We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our supportive and friendly team within the Community Child Health Information Service (CCHIS), based in Chichester and covering administration for children across Brighton and Hove and West Sussex.

The vacancy is for 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

We require an individual who is organised and good at multi-tasking, with great IT skills (using Microsoft Office software, primarily Excel), along with a friendly and open manner. Excellent communication skills are essential.

The successful candidate’s main focus will be data entry, use of SystmOne, and providing support to the CCHIS team.

We would like the successful candidate to be honest, confident and able to prioritise their workload. They should be a team player, but also able to work unsupervised using their own initiative. They will need to have a good level of education and good customer service skills.
