Musculoskeletal and Specialist Surgery – Ward 9

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated nurse who will have excellent communication skills and enjoy a challenge. You will join a forward thinking team, dedicated to ensuring high standards of care post-surgery.

This is a fast paced, high volume unit covering a wide range of Surgical Specialties including Max-Fax, ENT, General Surgery, Plastic , Orthopaedic surgery and triage area and you will need to utilise your sound knowledge in all aspects of surgical care, and be able to work both independently, autonomously and as part of a team. You will be expected to support the band 7 and the team in meeting the changing needs of the service.

Successful candidates will be offered a full induction programme with excellent support as well as on-going professional development.
