Primary Care Network Support and Development Lead

Fixed Term till end of March 2021 with possible extension.

We are looking for Primary Care Network Support and Development Leads to provide operational support and guidance to PCN Clinical Directors and enable the Networks to meet their agreed aims and objectives.

The post-holders will draw on expertise within the federation to support each PCN, and also coordinate, develop and deliver larger-scale projects across the 8 PCNs that make up the Northern Oxfordshire Provider Collaborative (NONG). This role would suit someone with experience of healthcare delivery, strong interpersonal, IT and organisational skills, and motivated to make genuine improvements to patient care and experience for the local population.
