We have a District Nurse Community Specialist Practitioner Band 6 Full Time post available within Nottingham CityCare Partnership. We are looking for Qualified District Nurses to care for patients in their own homes.

Are you looking for a District Nursing post in the City supporting community services to deliver acute and complex care in the patient’s own home?

We have a community that are looking for dynamic district nurses to support the existing team to continue in their delivery of acute and complex care. As part of the integrated community services, the teams are supported by senior staff nurses, community nurses, nursing associates and assistant practitioners as well as community matrons. The teams are passionate and self-driven working with the wider community services ensuring the patient receives the right care at the right time.

The existing teams are looking for passionate, forward thinking District Nurse who will be dedicated to the team and the caseload, providing compassionate nursing care to the highest quality enhancing the patient journey and supporting the team in the delivery of care.

The community nursing service provides nursing care Monday to Sunday 8 am to 6pm with a variety of shifts available in these hours.
