Our physical healthcare services include intermediate care services in Ealing as part of the Community Independence Service partnership.

Our national, specialist and forensic services include:

  • Medium secure services on the St Bernard’s Hospital site in Ealing
  • Services for people with complex and severe personality disorder at the Cassel Hospital in Richmond
  • High secure services at Broadmoor Hospital in Berkshire

Ealing Early Intervention Services (EIS) are now looking to recruit enthusiastic, committed STaR workers. Applicants should have a good knowledge of the issues of working with young people young adults (aged 14 – 45) experiencing psychosis and/or complex mental health issues.

Based in Hanwell in the London Borough of Ealing, the role requires an understanding of the wider health environment. The Trust is currently reviewing how EI Services are provided and the successful candidate would be part of implementing any changes to current provision.

You will be a dynamic, caring and positive thinking practitioner who ideally has experience of working with this group of individuals and has experience of facilitating groups.
We are looking for individuals who will play a key role in on-going development and who can demonstrate creativity and initiative.

This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced individual. You will be the recipient of regular on-going support, supervision and development opportunities.

The successful applicant will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that the services delivered are safe, effective and evidence based.
