Are you looking for a new challenge that will utilise your clinical knowledge and develop your leadership skills?

Are you passionate about coordinating and developing the on-call foundation pharmacists that provide an essential out of hours Pharmacy service, are you keen to play a vital role in the training of an array of Pharmacy staff.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Professional Development and Clinical Assurance team split with a clinical speciality. Our band 7 pharmacists are a key part of our Pharmacy and Clinical teams, they are integral to delivering high quality, patient focused medicines optimisation across the Trust. In your role you will utilise your clinical experience by providing clinical pharmacy services to a specified clinical area. You will also be assisting with the training and development of mainly foundation pharmacists and supporting the improvement of the services.

Relevant post registration experience in hospital pharmacy, the demonstration of good communication skills and sound current clinical knowledge will be essential to being effective in this role. You will have completed or be nearing completion of a post graduate clinical pharmacy diploma.
