Do you want to help lead a clinical team to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of the Oldham community?

Gtd healthcare is looking for a clinician who has the vision , enthusiasm and passion to lead a team of clinicians to deliver local care  to Oldham residents.   

 The Oldham digital hub is based within the ICC in Oldham and  currently has 4 strands to its service.   The service is growing and expanding and we are looking for the right leader with local knowledge to help us to fulfil our potential with the service.  The team is made up of Nurses, AHP’s and GP’s.

The 4 strands of the service include:

1.       Supporting Oldham care homes with residents who have covi and non covid related symptoms. Oldham care homes have direct access to the digital hub. We consult via phone/video and treat patient as appropriate with the aim of hospital avoidance

2.       The digital hub consults with patients with covid related symptoms  who are referred from GP’s and 111. We offer telephone/video and face to face assessment where appropriate.

3.       The service work closely with the Oldham ED streaming team to identify patients with primary care presentations and  stream them out of ED to the digital hub and offer telephone/video consultations and offer face to face  consultations where appropriate.

4.        The fourth stream to the service includes Oldham patients consulting during out of hours.     Oldham patients come via from 111, paramedics and other health care professional such as pharmacists

The service is expanding and requires the right leader to support its development. We are interested in hearing  from a registered clinician who has the leadership skills and qualities to support the growth of the service.
