Central London Community Healthcare NHS (CLCH) Trust has been responsible for delivering West Hertfordshire Community Adult Services since October 2019. We know it is sometimes difficult to choose which area you want to work in, and are offering this opportunity to join a rotational nursing scheme to give you experience of working both in community nursing, visiting patients in their own homes, and in a rehabilitation ward setting.

We are looking for nurses who are passionate about delivering high quality services within our adult community services. We would love you to join us in making sure our patients get the best possible care. We do this by working as a team, helping patients to recover from ill health or injury, supporting them to manage their long term conditions, and enabling them to plan for their future care needs.

Our transformation plans over the next 12 months will include further integration with primary, planned and unplanned care divisions with a focus and emphasis on population health. We are expanding the existing workforce by recruiting to the current service portfolio and to our new teams.
