We're looking for motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Admin staff to join our team. You will be based at Wetherby Health Centre and have experience in performance reporting in line with key performance indicators alongside line management.

What's the job?
The service is covered 24 hours a day, however, you would only be required to work during office hours, Monday to Friday.

Your duties will include:
. line management of the Rota coordinator
. have an overview of the rota and service
. Responsibility for supporting performance reporting and checking data submissions,
. sickness recording, booking sickness meetings,
. keeping training matrix up to date and monitoring compliance, planning and coordination of induction week and training schedules
. attendance at meetings and minute taking.

Who are you?
You'll be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, with experience of working in a busy office environment. Working to deadlines and multi-tasking is essential, as is a knowledge and understanding of office systems and procedures. You must have the ability to work under pressure, without direct supervision, managing your time effectively, organising, planning and prioritising work for yourself and the team and acting on your own initiative where appropriate; pre-empting problems and working to solve them in an appropriate manner. It is essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Awareness of data protection and confidentiality is essential.
This role requires full police vetting.
Essential Qualifications and training are:
English & Maths to GCSE level A to C or equivalent qualification.
NVQ level 4 in Business Administration or Customer Service or wo rking towards.
Educated to Diploma level or equivalent experience
Level 2 IT skills i.e. RSA or equivalent experience.
