National Flu Resilience Service - Information Analyst.

Do you want to make a real difference as an Information Analyst? We are looking for somebody who will play a key role in making sure that we are there for people when they need us most during the Covid 19 pandemic.

We deliver high quality Patient Transport, 111, and 999 services to a diverse population of over 5 million. At the heart of this is making sure that the SCAS team have access to high quality information to make sure we are meeting the needs of our users through its effective use to make management decisions.

As part of this broad remit, SCAS is responsible for the providing a Business Information function as a key element of the National Flu Resilience Service. This role will be dedicated to this during the FTC period.

Whilst NHS experience would be beneficial, the Ambulance Service is very different, and we are more interested in you showing us you have an understanding of how information can be used to drive service improvement, particularly in a rapidly changing call centre environment.
