We are delighted to announce that we have been rated as a “Good” organisation by CQC and our Adults Services were rated ‘Outstanding’ for caring.

Are you looking for a challenge, enjoy a busy thriving atmosphere and transforming teams? Then this job might be just what you’re looking for…

At Leeds Community Healthcare, within our Workforce Directorate, we are transforming the design of our workforce services, specifically our Workforce Information, and Clinical Support Services teams as we look to implement new eRostering technology, and continue to improve our systems and service for our customers.

Our customers are the employees of the Trust who require support with our workforce and temporary resourcing needs. As you would expect, these teams experience a high volume of work and there is pressure to meet customer expectation, it is therefore essential that our systems and processes are efficient and effective.

As the Systems Support Analyst for our service, you will have a challenging role in providing stability and support of our systems and processes. In the short term, you will focus primarily on improvements to our Employee Staff Record (ESR) solution, however you will have the opportunity to work across all workforce systems, including eRostering, expenses and deliver required changes to processes and workflow.

You will need to be confident and comfortable with working with systems and data, have eye for detail, and an improvement mind-set. The role will involve working with colleagues within the workforce directorate and external customers, supporting them to use our systems and processes correctly, so it is important that you can communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with customers.

In return for your hard work, we offer an environment where our people feel valued, respected, and part of a team. That is why a role with us isn’t just a job; it’s the next stage of your career journey and we’re here to support you each step of the way. Plus, in return for your dedication, we offer a range of superb staff benefits to help you get that work - life balance just right.

If you are a systems analyst or technical ESR expert this post would provide a good opportunity to test your skills and learn new ones.

Due to the nature of the change this role is fixed term 18 months, however depending on how the transformation progresses, there may be opportunity to either extend or transition to a permanent contract.

If you are successful in being offered a position which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The level of check required is dependent upon the position that you have applied for. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost from your salary. There will be no charge if you are enrolled in the DBS Update Service.
