We have a vacancy for a Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our integrated multidisciplinary team in Responsive Services, covering Horsham and Mid Sussex, and based in Haywards Heath.

This post would suit an enthusiastic and innovative RN who is prepared to meet the changing needs of the population we serve. We provide high quality, flexible care where it is needed, and work with the acute services to prevent hospital admissions and keep people in their own homes wherever possible.

This service operates seven days a week, 08:00-20:00, and car owner/driver is essential.
