Trainee MRI Radiographer

We are looking for a Trainee MRI Radiographer to join our team at East Surrey Hospital in Redhill. This role is working 36 hours per week on a rota from Monday to Sunday. 

What is the purpose of a Radiographer's role with InHealth?

As a Radiographer, you will deliver a professional and efficient service, training and working alongside your colleagues in our dynamic and fast-paced site to deliver on our vision to make healthcare better.

In your role as a Trainee MRI Radiographer, you will:

  • Carry out MRI procedures to best practice standards of radiographic technique (MHRA Guidance 2015, IR(ME)R 2017, Code of Clinical Practice)
  • Provide a great experience for patients who are attending an MRI scan, supporting them through the process from referral to results
  • Respect and work within patient’s and service users’ customs, values and spiritual beliefs, making sure their views are sought and taken into account
  • Support patient bookings and make sure Patient Information Systems are maintained with accurate and up-to-date information

As a person, we need you to have:

  • A BSc Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
  • A professional registration (HCPC)
  • A flexible approach and ability to work on a rota across 7 days per week
  • A right to work in the United Kingdom
