OD Specialist- High Potential Scheme Project Manager

Are you an experienced OD Practitioner who can use your extensive people skills to project manage and support the implementation of a new development framework?

Can you influence people at senior levels of an organisation and work with both individuals and teams to effect change?


We are looking for a self starting, driven OD professional to support our system OD community in implementing the new NHS High Potential Scheme as part of our system wide talent management strategy. This scheme will consist of assessment centres and the co-ordination of development activities to support individual development. You will be working with partners from other healthcare systems who are also piloting this scheme.

To help us strengthen our performance management arrangements, develop compassionate and inclusive leaders and bring about change through our people, you will need to be a highly motivated, positive and inspirational leader with excellent collaborative working skills.

You will have the ability to build strong relationships with clinical leaders and professional staff groups and an exceptional role model who can empower others.

You will have proven significant practical experience in OD and programme management at a senior management level and proven practical experience of delivering OD initiatives and processes to improve organisational effectiveness.
