Implementation and Project Manager

Could you be the new Implementation & Project Manager for OneMedicalGroup?

We are looking for someone who is forward thinking, comfortable with change and is keen to work in non-traditional care systems. You will be able to demonstrate outstanding implementation and project management skills, with a proven track record in successful project delivery; ideally with working knowledge and experience within a health and primary care setting.

The role

Working as part of a dynamic service delivery team, you will play a key part in delivering an effective service, supporting managers and staff across OneMedicalGroup to embed and support implementation & project management work, encompassing three areas:

  • Implementation of new projects & services
  • Delivering existing projects
  • Providing operational support to the Service Delivery Team for all functions of the Group.

You will be responsible for the delivery and reporting of implementation & projects, using good practice project and programme tool, including the delivery of project performance reports, to assure delivery against agreed objectives.

You will ensure that the work stream of programmes are planned and managed effectively and take the lead in their successful delivery.

Where you will be working

The role will require regular travel between our 10 (and growing!) sites across the country, from Berkshire right up to the picturesque Lake District region, with your base at our support centre in the rural outskirts of Leeds.

Our Bank Top Farm Support Centre and offers a beautiful Yorkshire countryside location combined with proximity to north Leeds, Harrogate and major arterial transport links around the country.
