Would you like to learn more about WebV, the Trust’s Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, develop specialist patient system skills and knowledge and be part of the team providing excellent customer service to end users across the HDFT organisation?

The Patient Systems WebV Team are a specialist team responsible for the administration, management, training and further development of the WebV EPR system, used by our acute services across the HDFT organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer-focussed individual to be part of a small team providing an excellent service to our end users, for both business as usual and ongoing projects. You will provide specialist knowledge and support to system users, be committed to service delivery and continual improvement to the user experience.

The successful post-holder will have customer service skills and experience of using electronic systems to support patient care. Previous experience of the Trust’s current patient systems would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.

The transformational changes being undertaken by Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust are underpinned by our continued drive to improve quality and efficiency as we integrate community health and acute hospital services to create a new model of care. You will be able to demonstrate a clear track record of patient/clinical systems use and promoting the importance of high quality data integrity to inform effective decision making.

This post is fixed term for 12-18 months (clarification will be given at interview) as a fixed term contract or secondment. Please be aware that if you are wanting to apply for a secondment, you must have your line manager's permission before doing so.
