Contract / Hours: Permanent / 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for someone who can provide administrative support role within the Customer Services team in the management of communications from donors and the general public.

We need you to act as an advocate for NHS Blood and Transplant and provide a consistently high standard of service in all dealings with donors and the general public. The successful candidate will demonstrate a meaningful and genuine commitment to service quality and donor retention.
