Then this opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Infection Prevention and Control Specialist Nurse post could be just what you are looking for.

Based at Gibraltar House in Northallerton North Yorkshire, a large part of the role will be providing infection prevention and control advice, guidance and education to healthcare staff and patients across North Yorkshire.

You will work collaboratively with infection prevention and control colleagues across NHS Trusts as well as Care Home, GP and Domiciliary Care staff to help prevent the spread of Healthcare Associated Infection. You will also offer support to those who require advice and guidance around any infection prevention and control issues.

The post holder will be a registered nurse with experience in a hospital or community setting and a recognised qualification in Infection Prevention and Control or working towards.
