You will be joining a Trust which has been rated by the CQC as ‘Outstanding for Care’, a Trust who invests in its staff and seeks to provide them with opportunities for ongoing training and personal development.

With this Clinical Director role we are flexible as to your professional background and experience. We are delighted to seek applications from a medical, nursing, allied health professional and public health background, with experience of delivering services to children and families. To be successful you will be a senior practising clinician, with the leadership experience and skills to take accountability for the complexities of modern health care service delivery. Principally, this will involve balancing the requirements for delivering high quality and innovative care, with the safe and sustainable strategic operation of the resources available to you as Clinical Director.

This Clinical Director role can be delivered flexibly across 5 sessions (20 hours per week) ,whilst you continue to deliver a minimum of 2 sessions clinical practice. Time available will be reviewed regularly to ensure sufficient time is allocated to the appointed candidate.

In terms of our children and families service, you will be joining a friendly, experienced and forward thinking team comprising of two Operational Directors, two Heads of Quality and Professions, and a broader children and families senior leadership team that cover each of our service areas.
