We are looking for a self-motivated and forward thinking clinician who is a strong team player with the ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. Possessing a solid foundation in core clinical skills they will embrace innovation and be committed to following best clinical practice. 

You will be part of the specialist MSK rotational Pod and rotate through the MSK outpatient departments within the service. You will gain support, skills and knowledge from the senior clinical team.

The Physiotherapy Service encourages staff development through local and Health Board wide in-service training programmes across different specialities, as well as speciality forums, clinical audit, research and clinical supervision and mentoring.

We have a structured appraisal system with annual reviews underpinned by the Knowledge and Skills Framework. It is expected that you will be actively involved in assisting in the education and mentoring of rotational staff and physiotherapy students from Cardiff School of Physiotherapy. There is an expectation to be part of the on-call rotas.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh applicants are equally welcome to apply.
