We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join Volunteer Services to manage and deliver our Time for a Treat service across our three hospitals. You will have the passion to train and co-ordinate a team of volunteers who will deliver hand massage, manicure and hairdressing services to patients across our three hospitals, many of whom are older people who may have complex health needs. You will work with ward staff, to promote the Time for a Treat service and to generate referrals so that our patients are able to enjoy the benefits this service brings. You will ensure your volunteers have the resources they need to deliver TFAT services to patients. You will be keen to increase the number of volunteers trained to provide TFAT services and have the skills to deliver the training and ongoing support required to develop your team of volunteers.
