NHS Professionals in partnership with Livewell Southwest are looking for:

Occupational Therapists to join the bank

Location – Mount Gould Hospital, South Hams and West Devon areas

Pay rate – Day rate: £14.70 per hour paid weekly

Night/Saturday rate: £19.11 per hour paid weekly

Sunday/Bank Holiday rate: £23.52 per hour paid weekly

Hours & Working Pattern could be flexible depending on the placement requirements with the working hours available:- Monday to Friday

We help our 65 NHS Trust clients implement tactical measures to improve workforce efficiency and productivity as part of an overall workforce strategy.

We are seeking Occupational Therapists who are motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and team working skills to join our bank with Livewell Southwest.


In order to apply for a post you must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role held within the last 2 years and hold a HPC qualification.

The post holder should be able:

  • To be responsible in organising own time management on a daily basis in line with caseload demands
  • To maintain accurate records at all times, ensuring appropriate reporting mechanisms are used
  • To take appropriate action to ensure the safety of patients, including the delegation of client care to staff with the appropriate level of skill at all times and to report any incidents to the person in charge as appropriate.
  • To be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all client care records on the electronic patient management system
