We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy and friendly team based within the Emergency Department. We're looking for an enthusiastic person to fill and develop the role.

As the ideal candidate you will have previous experience working closely with Senior staff, juggling conflicting and time sensitive priorities whilst remaining calm, creative and positive. You will be organised, happy to take direction from senior colleagues whilst working independently and able to prioritise your workload to ensure tasks are completed as agreed.

Diary management experience is essential and your customer service skills will be exceptional. Other office skills such as typing and minute taking would be an advantage as well as the ability to build relationships quickly.

In return you will join a friendly and close knit team, receive relevant training and play a key role in supporting within the Emergency Department.

As this role is for a one year fixed term or upon the return of the postholder it would be appropriate for an internal secondment but this should be discussed with your current department prior to applying.
