An exciting opportunity has arisen for 1 full time (37.5hrs) and 1 part time (22.5hrs) Band 2 Clinic Coordinators to join the Administration Team in the Gynaecology Department based across both the Leicester Royal Infirmary and the Leicester General Hospital.

The post holder will be part of the Gynaecology Administration Team and will provide an efficient and comprehensive administration service to the Out-patient Department. You will be responsible for Out-patient Clinics; this will include all administrative tasks from referral to discharge of our patients, liaising closely with our Consultants and wider team. You will be providing a reception service for our Consultants so experience in customer service along with excellent communication skills would be very desirable in this role.

Experience in the Electronic Referral System and HISS Patient System would be desirable but not essential as we will provide training for this.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, an excellent team player and also able to work on own initiative.
