There is an exciting opportunity in the Radiology Department for Combined Service Co-coordinators working 37.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract for 1 year.

This would be based within part of our clerical team working at the Leicester General, Glenfield and Leicester Royal Infirmary sites.

Main duties will include coordinating and managing the reception, appointments service, incorporating the clerical, administrative and secretarial aspects associated with the complex procedures we offer.

To ensure the capture and data entry accuracy of all appropriate imaging examinations into the Radiology Information System (RIS) and Patient Centre.

Liaising with professional colleagues to ensure suitable triaging of referrals in a timely and appropriate fashion.

The job provides an excellent opportunity to develop communication & customer service skills to all visitors and users of the service.

You must have excellent people and organizational skills. You must be self-motivating and attentive to detail.
