Child and Family Services - Business Support are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join the team as the new Business Support Team Leader within The Community Paediatric Medical Service.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential as the successful candidate will have frequent contact with the public, internal employees and other health and social care providers.

The applicant needs to be able to effectively plan, prioritise and manage their own and their teams workloads to meet the needs and demands of the service.

The successful candidate will be required to streamline processes, develop efficient working practices and take an innovative approach on service delivery to meet the forever growing demands of the service.

They will also need to be able to support the services achievement of key performance indicators, enabling patients to be seen within the agreed waiting times.

Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship
