The NIHR Leicester Biomedical Research Centre-Cardiovascular Theme, based at Glenfield Hospital, is looking to appoint a Customer Service Apprentice to work in their state of the art facility. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated individual to join our friendly team in this interesting and varied role. You will need to have good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

The post provides an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the administration performance and development of an internationally recognised centre of excellence in cardiovascular research.

Our Commitment to you is to help you gain a level 2 qualification in Customer Service within a 14 month contract. Hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £150 p/w.

As part of the apprentice programme you will have study days which will be discussed at the recruitment day.
