Join our brand-new Digital Delivery team and you’ll help manage and evaluate change across a range of vital digital services used by patients, clinicians, researchers, scientists and donors. You’ll work closely with the talented development team to produce release plans, support validation and testing, and provide guidance about the implementation of new software versions.

You’ll work in an environment where there’s lots of innovation and change. We’ll look to you to:

  • release and deploy new versions of software and underpinning Digital Service technologies
  • own the transition for new and existing services including Early Life Support
  • support the planning and execution of Digital Service Continuity Testing.
  • work alongside Quality Assurance to support service validation & testing

We’re looking for experience of managing new software releases and changes to Digital

services, plus proven ability to present complex and sometimes contentious information to

technical and non-technical audiences. You’ll have a track record of operating in a DevOps model, and

knowledge of service design & transition aspects of the digital service management lifecycle. On a personal level, you’ll need a natural flair for teamwork, high standards, creativity and a great commitment to customer service.
