The Referral Support Service is a newly created team based at Melton Mowbray Hospital, where appointments from across Leicestershire & Rutland are processed and booked. An opportunity has arisen for 4 Booking Centre Operatives to work in this dynamic office. Duties will include; processing patient referrals, receiving /making calls to arrange appointments, liaising with GP triage teams.

You will become part of a talented, passionate group of people, committed to providing the best care and treatment to patients. You will receive at least 27 days' holiday each year, plus a range of other benefits including occupational health and counselling services.

This role will suit a people person, who has excellent organisational standards and good keyboard skills. In addition to effective interpersonal skills, the post holder will need to be flexible as they may be required to occasionally undertake cross site working to meet the needs of the service. Part-time options will be considered.
