Education and Research Facilitator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join our Education & Research team as a bank post to work across a number of projects and programmes of work.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You must have a recognised professional registration or substantial experience in a relevant area. Experience working within the field of chronic disease including diabetes OR experience of working within the field of research and audit.

Experience of positive working relationships with other disciplines is essential as well as experience of teaching /facilitating groups. Experience of working within an academic /clinical or educational setting would be desirable.

The post holder will act as an educator/facilitator, researcher and resource for the multidisciplinary team, external collaborators, patients and carers. The post holder will facilitate education and support research projects relating to the development of complex interventions being undertaken within the Leicester Diabetes Centre (LDC) in accordance with ICH GCP and Research Governance guidelines.
