Primary base at Leicester General Hospital but travel between UHL's hospital sites will be required.

Leicester Hospitals Charity is looking for an experienced Trusts and Foundations Fundraising Officer to take responsibility, as part of the Charity, in securing donations from grant making Trusts and Foundations towards specific appeals.

You will be responsible for identifying, researching, targeting and managing new fundraising opportunities from grant-making Trusts and Foundations to an agreed fundraising target.

You will possess the skills needed to create compelling cases of support, infusing detailed medical, financial and infrastructure information with cases studies, to ensure maximum emotional impact in each case.

You will need to be able to build and maintain strong relationships with supporters, both internal and external and grant-making trusts and foundations to deliver a robust fundraising programme.
