We are looking for Support Workers to join our Community Resource Centre at Charlton House in Keynsham.

We have various hours available, These shiftsrun over a 4 week rota.

In all of the services, the needs of service users include support with some or all aspects of daily living, including personal care, activities and maintaining contact with family and friends when required.

 

Under the general direction of the Shift Leader on duty you will provide personal care and practical support as determined by assessed needs, to enable individuals to live as independently as possible in their own home & is not in a hospital setting. This will involve providing services to encourage tenants’ functional rehabilitation.

This organisation is committed to ensuring a safe environment for children and vulnerable adults. Full employment and criminal record checks are made for all applicants being offered positions where there is contact with children and vulnerable adults.

 

This is a challenging but rewarding role. Previous experience of working in care would be desirable, but a commitment to deliver quality care is essential.
