Solent NHS Trust Sexual Health Service in Aldershot and NE Hampshire is recruiting a part time Administrator/Receptionist to be based in our clinic in Aldershot.

Come and join our supportive and close knit team providing contraception and GU medicine services. Our Administrator/Receptionists are responsible for greeting patients and visitors, booking appointments, supporting clinicians with administrative tasks and helping the clinic run efficiently. You will be a valued and key part of a busy, friendly team. You will need to be flexible and able to travel around the county to provide ad hoc cover in our clinics in the North to include Alton, Bordon and Basingstoke with the occasional Saturday morning cover.

Training on our in-house IT system will be provided, alongside mentoring and support. Opportunities are available for additional hours dependent on Service requirements.

Regular hours are expected to be Monday 8.00 to 13.30; Wednesday 12.30 - 19.00; Thursday 8.00 - 14.30 - though please be aware that this work pattern may change.
