Solent NHS Trust are looking for a People and Organisational Development professional, currently operating at a senior level.Reporting into the Chief People Officer, you will lead the People and OD team in executing the People and OD strategy, with an emphasis on building the capability and capacity of our shared services team.

As a member of the Trust Management Team, you will join a high-performing team who are passionate about community healthcare and play a key role in developing our workforce of the future.

We are interested to hear from candidates from a diverse range of back grounds and NHS experience is not an essential requirement.

The interview date is 9th September and those who are successful at interview will be invited to the Assessment Day on 20th September.
