We are looking for innovative and passionate nurses to join our Community Health teams in Southampton and surrounding areas.

We are looking for registered nurses from all areas of nursing to join our community teams, whether from the acute, private or care home sector You will work as part of an integrated health and social care team providing nursing assessment, care and treatment to adults and older people living at home who have physical health needs which may be complex and long term. You will work alongside a number of specialist community services including Palliative Care, Bladder and Bowel, Respiratory, Diabetes as well maintaining established relationships with our primary care colleagues.

Community experience is desirable but not essential, as you will be fully supported with a bespoke development programme to enhance your clinical skills. We know that supporting and nurturing our staff leads to outstanding patient care and this is why we focus so heavily on the development of your career. With a competency based approach to clinical training and development we ensure you are able to apply your newly developed skills in a safe and effective way. You will work with a supportive and friendly team and will be able to enjoy the benefits of working in a vibrant city.

There are currently two vacancies available for up to 37.5 hours per week. Preferred hours can be displayed in your supporting information for your application.
