A new temporary post has arisen for a 12 month period for 30 hours per week as an MDT Administrator/Patient Navigator in the Gastroenterology Department working alongside the Home Parenteral Nutrition & Intestinal Failure Team based at Freeman Hospital.

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, hardworking person to join our team. As part of a team the postholder will be required to co-ordinate site specific MDT meetings, navigate the patient journey in a timely fashion, ensuring patient data is entered correctly and producing reports as appropriate, effective liaison within the Trust and developing efficient working relationships as well as promoting the effective use of information and daily supervision and deployment of junior staff.
