Trust Grade Doctor – FY2 Level in Medicine

In 2018 95% of the trust grade doctors from the Medicine CMG who applied for training posts were successful

Therefore, UHL are delighted to offer the opportunity for the right candidates to come and join our team in Medicine.

Our services include:

General Medicine, Acute Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Neurology, Stroke and Rehab.

The salary will be commensurate with grade appointment and basic pay is currently £31,422 for F2 level doctors. In addition to this salary you will also join a on call rota and receive an additional supplement for this. 

Trust Grade doctors at UHL will be entitled to take study leave and allocated funding for training and study.

This post will allow the successful candidate to develop their clinical skills and experience in a hospital with a track record of innovative service delivery, excellence in training and clinical research. The University Hospitals of Leicester is one of the largest and busiest teaching trusts in England employing over 11,000 members of staff, providing services to nearly a million people across Leicestershire and Rutland with all three hospitals delivering an acute general hospital service.
