We are hoping to recruit a responsive, innovative, proactive Learning and Development Manager to join our well established and welcoming team.

Our Learning and Development Team provide a strong supportive function within the company which will help our staff continue to provide first-rate care to our local community.

To help us achieve our aim to be a high quality, forward thinking learning and development provider, we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for education and staff development and the drive to help us shape the long term vision of learning and development within First Community.

 

The successful applicant will play a critical role in leading and facilitating the statutory and mandatory agenda, induction programmes, achievement review processes, talent management processes and compliance reporting within First Community Health and Care.

Recruitment and Retention Premium

Recruitment and Retention Premium applies to the following posts:

Health Visitors, Paediatric Therapists, Podiatrists, Audiologists, Continence Nurses, Identified areas for Band 5 & 6 Staff Nurses and District Nurses.

Successful applicants within the staff groups above will receive -

  • £1000 upon commencement (payable in your first months’ salary) then;

  • £1000 after 6 months service subject to satisfactory completion of your probationary period.
